What is your cancellation policy?
We process your order quickly. Therefore, for cancellation of a placed order, please
email customerservice@bowsawowsa within 12 hrs to ensure that your item(s) have not been shipped. We will charge the amount back to your credit card or issue you a check.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your order.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we have received the merchandise we will promptly charge back your credit card or issue you a check. If the merchandise is being returned for an exchange, please e-mail us prior to shipping and let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and with its original product packaging. Sale items are not returnable.
What is your method of shipment?
For local shipment, we usually use UPS ground. We also ship via FedEx and United States Postal Service whenever applicable to minimize shipping costs.
What is your delivery time?
We typically ship within 3 business days upon receiving your order. Your shipment will arrive between 3 to 14 days depending on your location. We will inform you immediately if any products that you order are out of stock.
